RETURNS & REFUNDS
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sidedishau.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. If the item is confirmed faulty, we will replace or refund it and cover return shipping.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases on Limited Edition merchandise.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are only refundable if the item is faulty.
