We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud or misuse.

3. Pricing & Product Information

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable).
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, photos, and pricing are accurate, but occasional errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified, we may cancel your order and refund any payments made.

Colours may vary slightly depending on screens or lighting.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
We accept payments via Stripe, Apple Pay, and other methods shown at checkout.

If your payment is declined or flagged as suspicious, we may cancel your order.

5. Shipping

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sidedishau.com with your order number and photos.

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind on Limited Edition merchandise.

For eligible claims:

Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

Return shipping for faulty items is covered by us.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products.
